  • Developing and executing a comprehensive operational plan, covering traffic management through to controlled spectator access to the stands.

  • Providing the required human resources, including security personnel, organizers, supervisors, and supporting staff.

  • Supplying all necessary tools and equipment, such as uniforms, screening and inspection devices, and related operational assets.

  • Addressing and resolving on-site issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.

  • Managing teams to deliver VIP protocols with a high level of professionalism.

  • Conducting ticket verification and security screening with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Supervising hospitality services, including guest reception and departure.
